Tiny Factory Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This policy explains how personal data may be processed for gameplay, advertising, technical services and support in the Android and iOS versions of Tiny Factory, developed by Hecteria (Türkiye). Contact: support@hecteria.com. For help, see the support page.

Scope

Tiny Factory is a puzzle game where you route packages to the right bins using conveyor belts and machines. This policy covers the mobile game and your support communications with us. The game has no accounts, sign-in, chat or sharing between players.

Game progress

Completed levels, stars, hint credits, and sound and language preferences are stored only on your device; we do not send these saves to us or to a server. Clearing app data or uninstalling the game deletes them. Saves do not transfer between devices.

Analytics and crash reports

To improve the game, Google Analytics for Firebase may process gameplay events such as levels started and completed and hint and ad usage, along with session information, device model, operating system and game version, an app instance identifier and approximate country. Firebase Crashlytics processes error details, device state and an installation identifier when the game crashes or hits an error. This information is not used to identify you directly, but pseudonymous identifiers can still be personal data.

Advertising and Google AdMob

The game is free and supported by ads shown through Google AdMob. AdMob may process IP addresses, advertising identifiers (Android advertising ID), ad interactions and diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Approximate location can be inferred from an IP address. In regions such as the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, you are asked for your choice through Google's consent form before ads are shown. Tiny Factory does not ask for iOS tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency) and does not use the IDFA. All ads are limited to content suitable for general audiences (G). Non-personalized ads may still process some technical data for delivery and security.

In-app purchases

If a purchase such as removing ads is offered, Apple App Store or Google Play processes the payment. Product, transaction and purchase status information may be processed to verify and restore the purchase. We do not receive your payment card details; refunds and payments follow the relevant store's processes.

Support communications

When you email us, your email address, message and any device information, screenshots or error details you choose to share are processed to answer your request. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment card details.

Sharing and international transfers

Data is shared only with Google (AdMob, Firebase) and the app stores for the purposes above. Necessary information may be disclosed to comply with valid legal requests or maintain security. We do not sell personal data. Providers may process data outside your country; safeguards required by applicable law apply to these transfers.

Your choices and legal bases

Data is processed to provide the game, pursue legitimate interests such as fixing errors and security, meet legal obligations, or rely on your consent where required. On iOS, control whether apps may track you in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; on Android, manage your advertising ID in Settings > Privacy > Ads. In regions where the consent form is shown, you can change your choice at any time in the game under Settings > Ad privacy options. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Retention and deletion

Game progress stays on your device until you delete it. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics' retention setting (up to 14 months), crash reports for Crashlytics' standard period (90 days), and support correspondence as long as needed to resolve and follow up on requests.

For access or deletion, email support@hecteria.com with the name Tiny Factory and your platform. We respond within 30 days. Because there are no accounts, we may be unable to match some analytics records to you; if so, we will tell you.

Children's privacy

Tiny Factory is a puzzle game suitable for all ages, but it is not designed specifically for children. Where applicable law requires parental consent, we do not knowingly collect children's personal information. Parents or guardians who believe their child's information has been processed inappropriately can contact us for review and deletion.

Security and your rights

Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to those who need it, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Depending on applicable law (such as the GDPR or Türkiye's KVKK), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object and receive portable data, and to complain to the competent data protection authority.

Policy changes

We may update this policy when game features, service providers or data practices change. The current text and date are published here; for significant changes, we give additional notice where required by law.

Privacy and data requests

Send Tiny Factory privacy questions or data requests to support@hecteria.com.
