Email support@hecteria.com. Please include:
- Your device model
- Your operating system version
- The Dreamora app version
- What happened, and a screenshot if possible
Delete your account and data
If you want to delete your account and related data, you can do it inside the app:
- In-app settings: open the app and go to Settings > Account (also reachable via Profile).
- Delete request: find and tap Delete My Account (or Delete My Data). You will be asked to confirm.
- Processing: once you confirm, your account is deleted. Your personal data and dream history are permanently removed from our servers within 30 days, except where we are legally required to keep them (for example purchase records).
If you cannot use the in-app option, email support@hecteria.com with the subject "Dreamora data deletion" from the app's email address. We delete your data within 30 days.
