Frequently asked questions
I don't get notifications.
Check that notifications are allowed for the app in your device settings and in the app's notification settings. Daily reminders are only sent if the daily reminder option is on.
My progress or score is missing.
Progress is saved on your device and synced to your account. If you reinstall the app or change devices, an anonymous account cannot be recovered, so contact us with the details and we will see what we can do.
Why do I see ads?
Google AdMob ads are shown to support the free game. Ads are limited to the general audience (G) rating. You can manage the advertising identifier in your device privacy settings.
The game freezes or closes. What should I do?
Update the app, restart your device, and if the problem continues, email us your device model and app version.
Delete your account and data
Email support@hecteria.com with the subject "Digit Decryptor data deletion". Include your username and, if possible, your device model and app version so we can find your account. We delete your data within 30 days.
