Is Blackjack a real money game?
No. Blackjack is a 2D card game for entertainment only. It offers no real money betting, payouts, withdrawals or cash prizes.
Why do I see ads?
Google AdMob ads may be shown to support the free game. You can manage your ad preferences with "Privacy Options" in the main menu and in your device's privacy settings.
The game freezes or closes. What should I do?
Update the app, restart your device, and if the problem continues, email us your device model and app version.
Delete your account and data
Blackjack does not ask you to create an account, but your progress is stored under an anonymous ID. To delete your data, or to make a request about advertising identifiers or diagnostics data, email support@hecteria.com with the subject "Blackjack data deletion". Add your device model, operating system, app version and, if possible, a screenshot. We delete your data within 30 days.
