Blackjack — Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Blackjack mobile game (the “App”) published by Hecteria (“we”), an independent developer based in Türkiye. By using the App you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use the App.
2. Virtual chips
- Chips and other in-game items are virtual, have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, cashed out, exchanged for real money, goods or prizes, or transferred to other players.
- You receive a limited licence to use virtual items inside the App only. We may adjust balances, rewards and prices to keep the game fair and working.
3. In-app purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases (for example chip packs and ad removal). Purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store and are subject to their terms and refund policies. Except where required by law, purchases are final.
4. Advertising
The App shows ads, including optional rewarded ads that grant virtual chips. Ads never link to real money gambling services.
5. Fair use
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use automation, or tamper with the App or its data. We may reset progress or restrict access if these terms are broken.
6. Responsible play
Take breaks and play for fun. If you are worried about gambling, free and confidential help is available, for example from BeGambleAware or the U.S. helpline 1-800-GAMBLER.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country.
